Yes. All the products that are listed on oskar are brand new and authentic. In some cases, the product will have its own warranty by the seller.

Which items can be exchanged?

Our return policy allows you easy access to our customer care and call center for processing your damaged returns.

The below are the options to return the product:

  • Return the item as you buy with full package, then come to our showroom
  • Call our call center on 063-7088638 as soon as you see the damaged item.
How do I enter a coupon code?
